A 3-session package designed to start to help children and teens understand their emotions, build confidence, and find inner calm. This introductory program lays the foundation for emotional awareness and regulation, offering practical tools and compassionate guidance to support lasting change at home and school. Families can continue with additional sessions or upgrade to the full 9-session program afterward. Program Structure: Session 1: Parent Intake Meeting – Meet with one or both parents to understand your child through your lens. Session 2: Child Intake Meeting – Meet with your child to hear their perspective. Session 3: Heart Breathing & Heart Listening – Teach inner calm and connection. Session 1 is for parents (45–60 minutes). Sessions 2 and 3 are for the child (30–45 minutes) and include a brief parent follow-up email after each session. Price: $450 Upgrade to the 9-Session Program for an additional $828 or add on one session at a time for $150 per session.
