The Site provides information about Bright Awakened Coaching, a heart-centered youth and parent coaching program dedicated to building emotional awareness, self-regulation, and connection.

Services provided by Bright Awakened Inc. are non-clinical.
Our coaching focuses on emotional skills, mindfulness, and personal growth through educational tools such as visualization, emotional regulation strategies, and creative coping techniques.
We do not diagnose, treat, or provide mental health or medical care.
If you or your child are experiencing emotional distress or require mental health support, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or submit personal information.
Parents or legal guardians may submit information on behalf of minors for coaching purposes.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee.
   

• Payments are non-refundable once services have begun, except in the event of discontinuation by Bright Awakened Inc.
